IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. Once you proceed with payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Returns & Refunds Policy.

24-Hour Cancellation Window

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours with genuine reasons

The deadline for canceling an order is 24 hours (1,440 minutes) from the date and time on which you completed the payment transaction. This is a strict deadline calculated from the exact timestamp of successful payment completion.

How the 24-hour period is calculated:

• Start Time: The exact date and time when your payment transaction was successfully completed and confirmed

• End Time: Exactly 24 hours from the payment timestamp

• Example: If payment was completed on January 10, 2026 at 2:30 PM, the cancellation deadline is January 11, 2026 at 2:30 PM

• Our supporting lead should review and if it is genuine reason then your refund will be initiated, it may be cancelled and no refund will be held if the reason is not genuine and satisfied.

How to Exercise Your Right of Cancellation

In order to exercise your right of cancellation within the 24-hour window, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Your cancellation email must include:

• Your name and registered email address

• School/Institution name

• Transaction ID or order reference number

• Date and time of payment

• Bank account details for refund processing

No Refunds After 24 Hours

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THE 24-HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, we will NOT provide refunds or accept returns under any normal circumstances. This policy applies regardless of:

• Whether services have been initiated or not

• Change in requirements or business decisions

• Dissatisfaction with services or products

• Financial difficulties or budget changes

• Decision to use alternative service providers

• Any other reason not specifically covered under exceptional circumstances

Refund Processing Timeline

We will reimburse you no later than:

• Standard Refunds (within 24 hours): 7-10 business days from the day on which we receive and approve your cancellation request

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. However, payment gateway charges and transaction fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Conditions for Returns (If Applicable)

For physical goods or materials (if any), the following conditions apply:

In order for goods to be eligible for return:

• The goods must be returned within the 24-hour cancellation window

• The goods must be in original packaging and unused condition

The Following Goods/Services Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

Even within the 24-hour window, the following are non-refundable if already processed:

• The supply of digital services made to your specifications or clearly personalized (custom website designs, personalized course content)

• Domain registrations already completed in your name

• SSL certificates or third-party licenses already issued

• Course access already granted to students

• Certificates already issued (DTEC, teacher training certificates)

• Services which, after delivery, are inseparably integrated with your existing systems

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise or services that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods (Physical Items)

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning any physical goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

Important Return Guidelines:

• We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment

• We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service

• We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery

Refund Deductions

The following charges will be deducted from any approved refund:

• Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3% of transaction amount)

• Bank transaction charges incurred during payment

• Cost of any non-refundable items or services already processed

• Administrative processing fees (if applicable)

Gifts

If the goods or services were marked as a gift when purchased and then delivered directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (within the 24-hour window). Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.

Dispute Resolution

If your refund request is denied and you wish to dispute the decision, you may escalate the matter to our management team. Please send a detailed explanation along with all supporting documentation to guruchintanaedtech@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute - [Transaction ID]".

Management will review disputed cases within 15 business days. The decision of the management team will be final and binding.

Amendments to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Returns & Refunds Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Refund requests will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of the refund request.
